June C. Hardesty, R.N., B.S.N. has over 20 years of experience in the home health care field, specializing in Medicare Certified agencies. An expert in both Home Health Care and quality improvement, she is one of the writers of the State of Florida's Quality Assurance Manual for Home Health Care. Her expertise extends to methods of increasing revenues, cost containment, cost-effectiveness, and preparing home health care agencies for both federal and JCAHO surveys. She is President of Hardesty Healthcare consultants, a firm specializing in home health care, and former administrator of Allied Home Care, Inc., where responsibilities included establishment of the home health agency from the CON level to base operations. Ms. Hardesty serves as Senior Consultant to Healthcare Quality Improvement Resources for Home Health Care assessments and implementation contracts.
