Faye Story, R.N., M.S., M.B.A.; Served past twelve years with Healthcare Quality Improvement Resources as Senior Consultant, specializing in preparation of the following functions and services within health care settings in readiness for J.C.A.H.O surveys: Patient and Family Education; Staff Education; Intensive Care, Cardiac Care and Cardiovascular Units; Anesthesia, Operative and Other Invasive Procedures; Infection Control; Emergency Department; Information Management; Human Resources; Medical Records and Patient Care Units. Former positions included Consultant and Executive Director for the ambulatory surgical center at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater, FL and Program Director for the TQM and CQI program at Bay Pines Veterans Administration Medical Center in Bay Pines, FL.

For over thirty-five years, Mrs. Story as been involved in the medical field. She has established three research laboratories at the University of Kentucky and co-authored several research articles relating to animal research. Also, she has developed hospital training programs for interns and residents relating to J.C.A.H.O. She has consulted in the design of several ambulatory surgical centers and established an orthopedic center in Kentucky and Florida.
