In order for HQIR to provide a price quote and/or a written proposal for consultative services related to comprehensive assessments, Periodic Performance Reviews, Mock surveys, etc, certain information is necessary. Such requests must come from the leadership of the healthcare facility, which, for our purposes, would include the CEO/COO, any VP, Director of Quality Management/Performance Improvement/Risk Management, Director of Facilities Management, Director of Regulatory Compliance, and/or the Medical Director/Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.

If HQIR becomes your consulting firm of choice for the preparation of your facility for a TJC (formerly JCAHO) or other standard setting agency review, we will provide your organization with two free mock surveys (3 full days per survey) to keep your organization in a state of survey readiness. This offer is good for any future surveys, but you must sign up below to be eligible. We will keep this information so that when and if your organization decides to proceed, we will have a record of your eligibility. This offer is a $7,800 gift to your organization…all because you had the foresight to assure that your organization is eligible.
